Receh69 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "receh69" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at receh69.ws, including all related services, applications, and systems.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any receh69 service.
• "Account" refers to the individual account registered by a Player on receh69 using valid and accurate information.

Registering more than one account by the same person — whether using the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. receh69 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a Player's own negligence. Players are advised to use a strong password and not share their login credentials with anyone.

Receh69 accepts deposits via approved and legitimate Malaysian payment methods only. Currently accepted methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposits, minimum RM20;
• GrabPay — instant deposits, minimum RM20;
• Boost — instant deposits, minimum RM20;
• ShopeePay — instant deposits, minimum RM20;
• DuitNow (QR transfer/banking) — minimum RM20;
• FPX Online Banking including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect — minimum RM20.

Receh69 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, international money transfers, or any payment method not listed above. All deposits must be made using a method registered under the same Player's name — deposits from third-party accounts or phone numbers are not permitted.

Receh69 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges, which are beyond receh69's control.

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC (identity) verification has been completed;
• All active bonus rollover requirements have been fully met;
• No suspicious activity or ongoing investigation on the account in question;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.2 Processing Time

• Account sharing with other individuals or playing in an unauthorised group capacity;
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in any game or on the platform;

10.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting receh69 customer support via live chat or email at support@receh69.ws. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the Player's original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to applicable rollover requirements.

10.2 Closure by receh69

Receh69 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player's account at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, legal compliance requirements, or at the Player's own request via Self-Exclusion.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they have a gambling control problem may apply for Self-Exclusion through their account settings or by contacting customer support. The Self-Exclusion period can be set from 30 days to permanent. Once Self-Exclusion is activated, receh69 will not send any promotions or marketing communications to the Player concerned.

Receh69 provides its platform and services "as is" without any express or implied warranties except as specifically stated in these Terms & Conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, receh69 shall not be liable for:
